🦶Take a daily foot bath in warm water with 2 drops of witch hazel, 1 drop of lavender, sage and rosemary.

🦶Make time for a weekly foot mask with lentil flour and almond meal- rinse after 10 minutes and then apply olive or sesame oil.

🦶Take an early morning walk barefoot in the grass or sand

🦶Detox foot soak before bed in warm water with 2 tsp rock salt, rinse and apply olive or sesame oil.
