Monthly Melt – End your week with a guided meditation in the tradition of Yoga Nidra (or Yoga Sleep).
Lie back and replenish your resources as we incorporate body and breath sensing (feeling the sensations of the body and breath) to connect with your inner stillness and strength.
Course run by Wendy Reynolds from 1pointfocus who is a yoga teacher and has completed iRest® Level 2. I’ve experienced her yoga nidra class and its bliss, so restful and so beneficial for sleep.
From July, the first Friday of the month through to December. Dates are July 6th, August 3rd, September 7th, October 5th, November 2nd and December 7th. Two time sessions – either 4:15-5:45 or 6pm to 7:15pm.
Max of 4 per class in our lovely cosy lounge with a roaring fire.
$90 for full course of 6 sessions.
