Detox Bath: (best for Kapha) Add ⅓ cup of ginger powder with ⅓ cup baking soda to the water. This helps with circulation, detox & is very soothing.
Nourishing Bath: (best for Vata). Stir in 1 cup of sesame or almond oil with 2 tablespoons of rose water for fragrance and softness. (or add a couple of drops of rose essential oil).
Soothing Bath: (best for Pitta). Mix & lightly crush 1/2 cup calendula, 1/2 cup rose petals and 1/2 cup of mint in a muslin bag (or tie in a tea towel) and pop in your bath.
