- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of ginger
- Zest of one orange
- Salt to taste
Mix all together, soak for a bit, eat.
Add a bit extra milk if needed.
Yum, great way to kickstart the day.
Top with your favourite toppings (such as dried raspberries, hazelnuts and cacao nibs).
