Wellness & Activity Training allows you to learn about correct form, gets results you want in the fastest way possible and creates the basis for a lifelong sustainable healthy lifestyle. Whether your goals are improving fitness, getting ready for a particular event, weight loss, good company, motivation, we have it covered. We will take time to listen to you and will work on your individual program within the group sessions to ensure you remain motivated, inspired and fully committed over the month. All welcome, no matter your fitness level, shape, size, age or gender.
We understand the barriers that stand in the way of people starting on their fitness journey, maybe you are returning from injury, don’t enjoy a gym setting, or haven’t been prioritising fitness for a while? We utilise evidence-based approaches to enhance performance such as mindfulness and cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT).
Fully assisted stretches and meditation at the end of each session to leave you relaxed after some hard exercise!
What better way to wellness than hanging out with a group of like minded people on their different journeys, having fun, being coached under the watchful eye of experienced Physiotherapist, Yoga/Pilates teacher, and Ayurveda Lifestyle practitioner Robyn Mourie, and having support to remain focused and driven to achieve your goals.
Support is known to be the number one motivator to keep on track and while this mentor-ship programme is an investment, we think it’s great value – think of the monthly cost as being the same as a haircut & colour in Wellington or 5 family takeaway meals!
