Super Cute & Nutritious Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/3 cup butter beans (drained)
  • 1.5 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/3 cup grated carrot
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped celery
  • Salt & Pepper

Directions:

  • Boil eggs, then peel.
  • Cut eggs longways in halves and scoop out the yolks.
  • Mix yolks with beans, turmeric, salt & pepper, mayonnaise & blend or mash well.
  • Add carrot & celery & mix together.
  • Put yolk mixture back into hollows of the egg whites & put in fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  • Enjoy as a vitamin packed snack.
