Restorative Yoga


Currently on Zoom Wednesday night at 6pm. Taken by Robyn Mourie a Yoga teacher, Clinical Pilates therapist and Physiotherapist.

Gentle yoga therapy, philosophy, meditation, core work, pranayama and essential oils are weaved together to help strengthen and stretch the muscles, this also grounds and relaxes the nervous system.

Suitable for all beginners and anyone with injuries as Robyn can individualise the yoga within the small classes.
